Acceptance of Terms. By using https://junkbeastremoval.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services. Junk Beast Removal provides Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Construction Debris Removal, Yard Waste Removal, Property Cleanout and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Junk Beast Removal (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Junk Beast Removal may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Junk Beast Removal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Junk Beast Removal's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Junk Beast Removal from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
